Common Returns Questions

Is it easy to return items?

Once your return is authorized, you'll receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email. Returned shipments must be scanned at a post office to be authorized. 

What items are returnable? 

Items purchased in the last 30 days.

*Extended Holiday Exchanges - Shop confidently for a gift this holiday season - even if it happens to be for you! Our extended holiday exchange period gives you that extra comfort knowing that, if the size or color isn't right, it can be exchanged well after the hectic holidays have come and gone. Eligible items purchased November 1 to December 25 can be exchanged through January 15. Note: items can only be exchanged during the extended holiday window; returns must be completed inside the 30 day return period.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your items are inspected by the store, you'll get your refund typically within 48 hours.

How do I request an exchange?

Simply select Exchange to choose a new size or Find Something New to choose a different color or style from our collection.

What items are non-refundable?

  • Items marked as final sale or in clearance.
  • Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
  • Gift cards.

How do I request a return/exchange for an international order?

For international orders, please email support@quikflipapparel.com.  Please note that international orders are not eligible for free returns.
